• Remove any remaining water from the premises. • Before drying, clean all contaminated surfaces and remove any dirt. • Check the condition of walls, ceilings, and all surfaces that have been exposed to water. After evaluation, remove all fragile and weak surfaces to allow proper drying of the areas that need restoration. • DRYING THE BUILDING is necessary before any work can begin. After drying the water from the walls and floors, mold may appear, which can be treated with the biocidal agent BK-SaniCid, specifically designed for the effective removal of a wide range of wall algae and mold.
1. Check the moisture level in the wall using a moisture meter to ensure that the building is properly dried. 2. Remove all fragile and poorly bonded plaster surfaces. The surface must be load-bearing, solid, dust-free, dry, and free from any remaining weak layers. 3. Apply the primer BK-Penetrat to such surfaces; for concrete surfaces, it is necessary to apply the structural primer BK-Beton Kontakt. 4. The prepared surface can then be restored using BK-Mal 420 plaster. Once the plaster is dry, apply the primer BK-Ultra Prime and then proceed with the smoothing of the surface. 5. Where necessary, level out the areas with leveling compound. Recommended products for leveling compounds are: BK-Gletex Acryl, BK-Gletex Nivelex, and BK-Gletex Universal. 6. After sanding the leveled surfaces, it is necessary to apply BK-Primer, which is intended to improve adhesion, uniformity, and reinforcement of the substrate before applying interior paints. 7. Once the surface is prepared, you can apply dispersion paints. Recommended paints are: BK-Crystal, BK-Gold, BK-Pol, BK-Pol Protect, BK-Delux.
1. Check the moisture level in the wall using a moisture meter to ensure that the building is completely dry. 2. Remove all fragile and poorly bonded surfaces. 3. Treat the walls with the concentrated biocidal agent BK-SaniCid, which is used for the effective removal of a wide range of wall algae and mold. 4. Apply a deep-penetrating primer for poorly bonded surfaces, BK-Penetrat, to all areas. 5. Perform smoothing and painting according to the instructions described for plaster damage repair (points 5 to 7).
1. Remove all gypsum boards that have been in contact with water. Install new gypsum boards on the existing framework. 2. If adhesive bonding of gypsum boards is required, use BK-PlasterFix. 3. Fill the joints between the gypsum boards with BK-Fil. Apply the primer BK-Ultra Prime. 4. Perform smoothing and painting according to the instructions described for plaster damage repair (points 5 to 7).
• Remove any tiles and floor coverings that are detaching from the walls and floors to allow the surfaces that need restoration to dry. • Check the moisture level in the wall and floor using a moisture meter to ensure that the building is completely dry.
1. After removing the tiles, remove any remaining adhesive and prepare and level the surface for laying new tiles. 2. In the case of uneven floor surfaces, level the substrate with a self-leveling compound such as BK-Liv 10 or BK-Liv 30. 3. After surface preparation, apply the primer BK-Ultra Prime. 4. Coat the surface with the waterproofing coating BK-HidroStop 2 or BK-HidroStop Extra. 5. Depending on the requirements, choose the appropriate adhesive for ceramic tiles. Recommended products: SiproFix BK 160 SuperFlex, SiproFix BK 160 White, SiproFix BK 170 Elastic, SiproFix BK 110 Flex. 6. Clean and dust the joints between the tiles and fill them with the grout BK-Fugomal.
1. Remove the existing grout using a grout removal tool. 2. Clean and dust the joints between the tiles, then fill them with the grout BK-Fugomal.
1.
Očistiti, otprašiti, odmastiti celokupnu površinu postojećih pločica i naneti podlogu BK-Bond.
2.
U zavisnosti od zahteva odabrati odgovarajući lepak za keramičke pločice.
Preporuka: SiproFix BK 160 SuperFlex, SiproFix BK 160 White, SiproFix BK 170 Elastic.
3.
Fuge između pločica očistiti, otprašiti i ispuniti masom za fugovanje BK-Fugomal.
1. After removing all floor coverings, proceed to remove any remaining adhesive, prepare, and level the surface for installing new floor coverings. 2. Depending on the irregularities of the floor surface, level the substrate with a self-leveling compound such as BK-Liv 10 or BK-Liv 30. 3. Check the moisture level of the surface before applying the primer. 4. After surface preparation, apply the primer BK-Parket Fix PU Prime to the leveled surface. 5. Use a two-component adhesive to install the floor coverings. • After the water recedes, the external wall surfaces should be cleaned either manually or with a machine.
• Before any work, it is necessary to DRY THE BUILDING. After washing and complete drying, treat the façade surface with the biocidal agent BK-SaniCid according to the instructions.
• Pay special attention to façade surfaces with thermal insulation to ensure they are solid and well-dried before cleaning the surface with the biocidal agent.
1.
Za mineralne fasadne površine naneti pologu BK-Penetrat a za sve ostale fasadne površine naneti podlogu BK-Ultra Prime ili BK-Grund Universal.
2.
Fasadnu površinu prebojiti u dva sloja akrilnom fasadnom bojom BK-Fas Acryl ili silikonskom fasadnom bojom BK-Fas Silicon.
