BK-Wood Effect Extra is a tool that ensures the outline of the rubber mold without gluing BK-Wood Effect decorative mineral plaster for the mold during installation.
Preparation and application :
BK-Wood Effect Extra should be applied to the rubber mold in order for the mold to be finely separated from the BK-Wood Effect decorative mineral plaster during the modeling of the structure of the wooden board. BK-Wood Effect Extra is applied undiluted with a brush to the rubber mold. After each printing, it is necessary to evenly apply a new layer of coating and, if necessary, mechanically remove the remains of the decorative plaster from the mold. The lack or too little amount of anti-sticking agent can lead to sticking of the plaster mold, tearing of the mass and a bad final effect.
Application temperature :
The air and substrate temperature during installation should be in the range of +5 ºC to +30 ºC. Do not work in direct sunlight, fog, wind and rain.
Consumption :
About 0.1 l/m2 of finished mortar structure
Shelf life and storage :
18 months in original packaging. Store at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C, in a dry and ventilated room. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. The production date is stamped on the packaging.
