PACKAGE

One-component gun foam, hardens with the help of moisture from the air. It is used for joints between walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as for circular joints around windows and doors. It adheres well to concrete, brick, stone, mortar, wood, metal, and many plastics such as polystyrene foam, PU foam, and PVC.

Preparation and application :

The surface must be solid, clean, free of grease and oil. Cover non-foam surfaces. Before applying, we recommend moistening dry substrates with water. Shake the canister vigorously (at least 20 times). Attach the NBS threaded gun to the upturned canister, then turn the canister upside down and apply the foam. To regulate the foam application, use the valve on the back of the handle. Fill the cavity halfway, and in case of reduced humidity, lightly spray the foam with water so it expands to fill the rest. To fix window frames, use spacers and wedges to hold the frame in place for about 24 hours, until the foam is completely hardened. Joints wider and deeper than 4 cm should be filled in several layers. The time needed between two layers of foam is 15-30 minutes. For cleaning and removing debris, use BK-PU Cleaner while the foam is still soft. From +5°C to +35°C.

Expiration date and storage :

Store in a dry place in original packaging at +5°C to +25°C, protected from sunlight and freezing. Expiration date stamped on the packaging.
