CHARACTERISTICS

PACKAGE

One-component PUR Foam, hardens with moisture. It is used for joints between walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as for circular joints around windows and doors. It adheres well to concrete, brick, stone, mortar, wood, metal, and many plastics such as polystyrene foam, rigid PU foam, and PVC.

Preparation and application :

The surface must be solid, clean, and free of grease and oil. Cover non-foam surfaces. It is recommended to moisten dry substrates with water before applying the foam. When temperatures are low, leave the foam at room temperature for at least one hour. Shake the canister before use (at least 20 times). Remove the plug and attach the straw to the valve. To apply the foam, turn the canister upside down and press the adapter. Fill the cavity halfway, and in case of reduced humidity, lightly spray the foam with water so it expands to fill the rest. To fix the window frames, use spacers and wedges to hold the frame in place for about 24 hours until the foam is completely hardened. Joints wider and deeper than 4 cm should be filled in several layers. The time needed between two layers of foam is 15-30 minutes. To clean and remove foam residue, use BK-PU Cleaner while the foam is still soft. Expiration date and storage :

Store in a dry place in original packaging at +5°C to +25°C, protected from sunlight and freezing. Expiration date stamped on the packaging.
