High-strength self-leveling compound for thin-layer leveling of concrete surfaces and cement screeds before gluing parquet, ceramics, PVC, and other floor coverings in residential, commercial, and similar buildings. The product is not intended as a top coat. The thickness of the layer ranges from 2 mm to 10 mm, with a drying time of 12 hours per mm of thickness. It is suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces (for exterior use in a system with BK-HidroStop waterproofing coatings) and is compatible with underfloor heating systems.

Preparation and application :

The substrate on which the mass is applied must be firm, clean, free of grease, poorly bonded parts, and well dusted. Before applying BK-Liv 10, it is necessary to impregnate the surface with BK-Bond, diluted according to the instructions. Prepare the mass by adding the powder to 21% water (5.3 liters of water for 25 kg of product) until complete homogenization. Adhere to the recommended percentage of water, as deviations can affect the quality of BK-Liv 10. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then stir again. Pour the mass onto the base and spread it using a notched trowel, paying extra attention to the corners. After pouring, it is desirable to coat the surface with a special needle roller (“hedgehog” roller) to expel air bubbles. See product data sheet for detailed instructions.

Consumption :

Aboout 1,4-1,5 kg/m²/mm thick.

Expiration date and storage :

12 months in original packaging in dry room on pallets. The production date is printed on the packaging.
