Decorative mineral plaster in pasty state

BK-Infiniti is a natural decorative plaster in a pasty state intended for the decoration of interior surfaces. It has high vapor permeability and excellent resistance to the development of microorganisms. BK-Infiniti with its elegant texture creates different final effects depending on the finishing method. The product is available in a white shade and in tones according to the corresponding tone chart. To obtain special effects, final repainting with BK-Velatura, BK-Velatura Exclusive and BK-Art Metal decorative coatings is possible.

Preparation and application :

The substrate on which the decorative plaster is applied must be firm, clean and dry, without weakly bonded parts, greasy stains, etc. Appropriate substrates are all surfaces made of lime, cement and cement-lime plasters (at least one month old), fiber-cement boards, plasterboard boards, concrete surfaces (at least 3 months old), surfaces treated with construction adhesives, etc. Before applying the decorative plaster, apply the structural base BK-Grund Universal. The drying time of the substrate before applying the decorative plaster is a minimum of 12 hours. Before use, the decorative plaster has to be mixed well with an electric mixer; the material is ready for use, it is not necessary to dilute it further. BK-Infiniti is applied in two layers with a stainless trowel. Apply the first layer evenly in a thickness of about 1-1.5 mm, so that the surface is as smooth as possible. The drying time of the first layer lasts 12 hours. Depending on the desired style of decorative technique, the second layer is applied so that the total thickness of the material (first and second layer) is a maximum of 3 mm. When the product is completely dry (after 24 hours, at 20 ºC), if necessary, it can be additionally polished with a stainless trowel or polished with a polishing machine in order to achieve the smoothest possible structure. Recommended techniques for product application are shown through four different Art Styles.

Note :

The decorative material BK-Infiniti is based on a mineral binder and depending on the application technique, the absorbency of the substrate, the installation conditions, there may be a slight visual deviation of the shade compared to the tone card. Application temperature :

The temperature of the air and the substrate during the installation of the material should be in the range of +10 ºC to +30 ºC.

Consumption :

About 1.0-1.20 l/m2 depending on the technique and thickness of the application.

Shelf life and storage :

24 months in original packaging. Store at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C, in a dry and ventilated room. The production date is stamped on the packaging.
