Preparation and application :
The surface to which the render is applied must be solid, clean, and dry, free of loose parts and oil stains. Before application, coat the substrate with BK-Grund Universal. For highly absorbent substrates, it is recommended to use BK-Nivelator, while weak or scaling substrates should be treated with BK-Penetrat prior to applying the render. Preparation involves adding the powder to approximately 24-26% water (6-6.5 liters of water for 25 kg of product) and stirring vigorously until fully homogenized. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes, then stir again. The render is applied using a steel trowel to the thickness of the largest grain. Depending on the desired structure, it can then be processed with a plastic trowel: **Full structure**: Create a circular pattern immediately after application. **Reib structure**: Scratch the surface in circular motions until the desired texture is achieved. Application temperature :
From +5°C to +30°C. Do not work under direct sunlight, rain or strong wind.
Consumption :
Approximately 2.5-3.5 kg/m², depending on the desired structure and granulation.
Expiration date and storage :
12 months in original packaging in dry room on pallets.
