BK-Beton Ready is a ready-made dry concrete mixture intended for concreting elements that are not exposed to heavy loads and stresses, such as sidewalks, paths for laying paving slabs, mounting decorative concrete columns, blocks, etc. It can be used to create layers for fall in the bathroom, on the balcony and terrace, for the rehabilitation of non-load-bearing concrete surfaces, installation of curbs, posts for fences, installation of haberdashery on children's playgrounds (see-saws, swings, etc.).

Preparation and application :

Depending on the purpose of the concrete (track, column, floor, etc.), it is necessary to check the physical and mechanical characteristics of the substrate, its strength, slope, bearing capacity, the presence of various cracks, etc. The preparation of the substrate is carried out according to established norms and principles in practice. BK-Beton Ready is mixed in a manual, flow or free-fall mixer. The amount of added water depends on the desired consistency of the concrete, which may be conditioned by its purpose (eg concreting a layer with a slope requires "semi-dry" concrete). The required amount of water is in the range of 2.5 - 4 l / 25 kg (per 1 sack). Fresh concrete must be installed in the shortest possible time. When transporting the concrete from the mixer to the place of installation, care must be taken to avoid segregation, strong and long vibrations, as well as free fall from a height greater than 1m, are undesirable.

Care after installation :

Three days after installation, the concrete must be wet, in order to prevent it from drying too quickly, and it must not be exposed to load.

Application temperature :

The temperature of the air, substrate and material during the process of installation, treatment and bonding must not be lower than +5°C nor higher than 30°C. If there is a possibility of freezing, do not install BK-Beton Ready.

Shelf life and storage :

12 months in a dry place, on wooden pallets with protective film. The production date is marked on the packaging.
