CHARACTERISTICS

Quick-setting anchoring compound based on styrene-free polyester resins for indoor and outdoor use. It is used for anchoring at all surface temperatures up to 35˚C. It is easily used when anchoring concrete, blocks, natural stone, and solid bricks. Particularly suitable for high loads when installing anchors for continuing concreting, fixing anchors in concrete elements, or forming a new structural element made of steel. It has high strength of anchored materials without tensile pressure. Suitable for M8 to M24 bars.

Preparation and application :

Drill the desired number of holes and remove dust with an air pump and brush. Place the container on the gun and attach the mixing nozzle. Squeeze about 10 cm of mass from the side until an even color is achieved, then squeeze the mass into the hole and screw in the anchoring element. When used on hollow materials, it is necessary to use plastic or metal dowels and fill the opening completely with mass. It is not necessary to use dowels when anchoring in solid materials, but it is necessary to fill up to 1/3 or 1/2. See product data sheet for more detailed instructions.

Warning :

Do not drill the bag in the container, but put it in the container and pierce it by pressing the plunger.

Application temperature :

From +5°C to +35°C.

Expiration date and storage :

Store at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Shelf life and storage :

18 months, if stored as recommended in the original, unopened packaging.
