ORGANIZED BY MCB BELGRADE, THE 4TH HRM CONGRESS WAS HELD ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, AT THE CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL IN BELGRADE, GATHERING MORE THAN 500 HR DIRECTORS, MAKING IT ONE OF THE LARGEST EVENTS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONALS IN THE BALKANS. IN ADDITION TO NETWORKING AND SOCIALIZING, ATTENDEES HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR 15 DIFFERENT PANELS FEATURING 72 HR DIRECTORS FROM THE BEST COMPANIES OPERATING IN SERBIA AND THE SURROUNDING REGION.

Ivan Radukanović, HR Director of Bekament, participated in the panel "SOCIAL AND BUSINESS PURPOSE" with the topic "How to reconcile the business's need for profit with the society's and employees' need for purpose?" During this discussion, he exchanged views on human resources with other participants, including the Executive Director of Human Resources at Lidl Serbia, GM of People and Performance, and the Head of the HR Department at Gigatron, and discussed positive examples from HR practice. In addition to Bekament's HR Director, the congress was also attended by colleagues Emilija Vasilijević, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Bojan Maljković, Legal Advisor.
