Deep-penetrating coating designed to provide uniformity and neutralization of unevenly absorbent surfaces such as aerated concrete, brick, porous stone, etc. It is used as a primer for highly absorbent surfaces prior to rendering with lime-cement and gypsum-lime mortars to prevent uneven drying and cracking of the render, as well as before leveling with a skim coat. The dried coating is colorless and has no negative effect on the vapor permeability of the system.

Preparation and application :

The substrate to which the coating is applied must be solid, dry, and dust-free. The BK-Nivelator is prepared by diluting it with water in a ratio of 1:6 up to 1:10, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. The coating is applied with a roller, brush, or sprayer. For highly absorbent surfaces, double application is recommended according to the wet-to-wet principle. The air and substrate temperatures during installation should be in the range of +5 ºC to +30 ºC. Do not work under direct sunlight, rain, or strong wind. Shelf life and storage :

Up to 18 months in original sealed packaging. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Consumption :

0,030-0,060 kg/m2 depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
