Fast drying paint for metal that replaces anti-corrosion coat, primer and finish paint. It contains small metal chips that give the treated surface a specific relief structure. It is ideal for painting wrought iron while giving ordinary metal the appearance of wrought iron. Simultaneously, it eliminates imperfections in the form of bumps on the metal. It can also be used for painting wood, plastic and galvanized metal (without primer).

Preparation and application :

The metal surface on which the paint is applied does not require special cleaning from corrosion. It is necessary to remove the coarsest crumbly layer of rust and degrease and clean the metal well and then apply the paint. Before use, it is necessary to first mix the mass well, it does not dilute when applied with a brush, while when using a gun, it is diluted with a BK-RX thinner up to a maximum of 5% (37.5 ml). Apply the paint in two layers, the first by shading and the second layer more fully so that the thickness of the coating is 120 μm, which is enough to stop further penetration of corrosion. The second layer should be applied no later than 7 hours after applying the first layer. The paint can be applied by brush, roller or spray (nozzle opening, ø 2.5 mm). Consumption :

0,090-0,095 l/m² for single coat application.

Shelf life and storage :

36 months in original sealed packing. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost. The production date is printed on the packaging.
